Building capable and confident young leaders!

Moving into upper primary and early secondary school we introduce new challenges with a bigger focus on building confidence, leadership qualities, cooperation and team development through a mix of land and/or aquatic based adventures.

Suitably designed for year 5 โ€“ 9 students our programs offer both tent or dormitory based camps across South Australia. Programs may consist of team building activities such as orienteering, mountain biking and high ropes courses promoting group cohesion, or term 4 end of year celebrations with a trip to the coast for all things aquatic.

Another popular camp program visits our campsite on Hindmarsh Island, and introduces kayaking expeditions through the Coorong or Currency Creek. We also include activities such as surfing or sailing lessons and aquatic team building.

We have designed our RAW and PEAK programs specifically for year levels 9+. These see journey-based expedition programs with a focus on the development of Resilience, Achievement and Wellbeing (RAW). Whether itโ€™s through bushwalking, kayaking or mountain biking, students carry all their equipment from campsite to campsite using navigation and outdoor education skills. These programs are designed to challenge students, increasing their ability to cope with adversity and enhancing positive emotion.

Our PEAK experience programs have been exclusively designed for The Flinders Ranges and Grampian Regions, where students set up base camps in bush-based camping environments with a focus on resilience, community and challenge. Students undertake activities like abseiling, rock climbing, bushwalking and spending a night solo in a controlled setting to reflect and disconnect.
