Yorke Peninsula

snorkelling-2Postcard perfect and remote beaches at the tip to the Yorke Peninsula present some world class surfing opportunities for the more advanced groups who are after a greater challenge than the South Coast.

Tent camping within Innes National Park and its surrounding campsites provides expedition style opportunities for coastal bushwalking or standing camps to base a program to experience surfing, fishing, snorkelling and historical tours of the region rich in shipwrecks and early settler history.

If the National Park is too far to travel or too rugged an experience for your organisations level of challenge then rest assured the Yorke Peninsula has more to offer. Further north in the protected waters of Moonta Bay, activities such as kayaking, snorkelling, raft building and other beach activities can be conducted with several comfortable dorm style accommodation sites nearby at Port Hughes and Wallaroo.
